This is a very lovely portrait!
Normally i wouldn't like the shifted vertical lines but here it gives some movement to the picture, so i'd keep it this way
I think the only suggestion i would give here is to work a bit more on the colour of her skin - it's too magenta right now and the healthy skin normally doesn't have this much of magenta. Sharpening her eyes a tiny little bit could be a good idea, but these are details
Overall i'm glad to see you making some portraits as well and you do it also well
